Normally I would have given 9, but this time I did not find out the pick-up was not in Palmerston North but in Foxton Beach until after I requested the booking. As that added 40 mins drive to pickup, it would have been nice to have that information when selecting a vehicle.

Its a good idea to do a car walk about prior to hand over of vehicle, to check for scratches etc.
