Better website, website is not mobile friendly and its really annoying to change dates or changing city's on it. The rest were perfect

It would be nice to give the physical address when you email for me to know. I had to go to the airport then google Ace to find out their address

Maybe encouirage all rental companies to provide free tank of fuel as they are getting free labour and a sdiscounted insurance excess

No problem with Transfercar, but Hitch rentals the company I hired the car from contracted with me for a full tank of fuel. They only provided half a tank and were not interested in meeting the contract to provide a full tank.
