Maybe the contact time from the rental agency. If it could go to 12 hours, would be better. Also, when booking from mobile, I couldn't select date as location was getting drawn down.

I dealt with a company in Queenstown who wernt organized and appeared to not know what they were doing. However their Chch branch were great. The vehicle actually didnt have a current WOF and I didn't realise this until after I was on the road. I told the Chch manager who apologised and told me the WOF sticker had not been put on. I found this hard to believe as the WOF on the vehicle had run out in June 20. Apart from that, yes I would recommend to friends and family.

Transfer car works very. The second part of the deal is with the rental company. In this case Britz was very good but the Camper had several issues. Still an acceptable transaction.

Not from your end. I had very poor information from the rental car company regarding the drop off site at Auckland airport. In fact there was no information given, just a phone number, which was useless as the number was not operational until 10:00 am Saturday morning, and drop off was required prior to 8:00 am.
