The web portal and the mobile app seem to have glitches in terms of requesting vehicles. One that I noticed is that with a vehicle offered for 2 days the would not allow to log in a 48h period and complain that the maximum renting period is exceeded. It did work for 42.5hours.

We need to have the right to check questions and say no to an offer once it's accepted. There is no way to ask questions before we are bound by a contract. I think this is poor and presume it is not legal.

Only major issue was windscreen viper needed replacement because of which I had difficulty driving when raining. Otherwise staff on both ends was very friendly/cool. 10/10 for customer service.

It was just perfect for what I required. Only issues I had was what to do with the car at the other end .. as there was no one at the Hire company.

10 because exist a transfercar service but no more than 5 points in your service. When I picked up the camper van no one show me how can I use all its services (lights, bed, shower etc) just take the key and drive without a minimum information about

The offer included a free tank of fuel, upon returning the vehicle I was advised by Avis that I needed to pay for a full tank that cost $150. This was extremely misleading.
