The physical picking up and dropping off of the car was easy - maybe just a minor suggestion re the website, that it would be handy having a ‘save’ button on the listings so you could group the ones you’re interested in to refer back to - rather than having to scroll through the lists every time. Would just make checking dates and other transport options easier, so you can refer back to your list quicker and make the right choice.

We have just requested now a relocation from Christchurch to Auckland and on the booking request as well.as on the confirmation I have received from you was mentioned 2000km allowance and the rental company now is disputing with me that they only offer 1350 km allowance for the relocation trip. Perhaps for future this issues should not happen anymore.

Ensure insurance costs as quoted are actually as charged when the car is uplifted. Frequently this is not the case and is a little frustrating. Otherwise this is a great service and I appreciate it very much as it enables me to visit family who live out of town a great deal more often than would be possible if I had to pay for the travel. Thank you.
