Hey, curious to know about the insurance excess reduction cost. On the email from transfercar it said it would cost us $25 to reduce excess to $0 but when we got to Ezi car rental the cost was $31?

The car we were given did not have a valid certificate of fitness. We only noticed when we got to Christchurch. I would hate to think what would have happened if we had had an accident. I don't think rental companies should use your company to transfer unwarranted vehicles.

Just a little more info about where specifically to drop the car off. We had to drop it off at the ChCh airport but drove around and nothing was clear. Put the address into the navigation and took us to the roundabout 😂. In the end drove into the pay car park because impossible to park elsewhere and went into the airport kiosk. I did call the ChCh number but he was on a break so no reply..... just a small thing but would have helped a lot.
