There was no way of contacting transfer car by phone which I did need to do as the car I was relocating had mechanical issues and the rental company we’re having trouble finding me another car to relocate.

In my most recent trip using transfer car I returned my car 1 day earlier I had used the 2 free days but not taking my booked 3rd day. In the return I found that ACE Rentals Hainia St Wellington city drop box was closed, also I found that in trying to contact ACE Rentals via the website there were too many websites displaying wrong information. It was a mine field very confusing frustration stressful. I tried to contact someone in ACE to let them know this and where I had hidden the key on the car but this became too hard the websites were not giving me any solutions.

The booking I requested was for a 4 day hire but when I received the Request Sent to rental agency email, it said it was only for 3 days. When the agency accepted the hire, it was only for 3 days. I had to phone and ask them to change it even though I think it was TransferCar at fault, not the rental agency. That was a bit annoying. I like to think it was a website error but would be less pleased if it happened again.

Just better info about where to drop the car off, the email said to call when at the airport which we did but then it was 2km from there, not a big deal but would have been better to know beforehand 😊
