My original booking R4306701 for the Britz 6-berth camper for pick-up on 5th Feb was cancelled by Ricardo at Britz on the 3rd of Feb. No probs....but It appears the cancellation was not reflected in my profile which meant your Transfer Car system still showed I had a valid booking which prevented me making a new booking for the same date range. Perhaps you could review with Britz to see if a cancellation scenario blocking a new booking could possibly be avoided in the future?

While your system showed that it's was reserved Budget never sent the reservation details. I turned up and was told I'm not in their system. Transfer car has not number to call. I was left with no help. Luckily Budget people were very good and honored the booking even though they didn't have any record.
