No - I think your process is good ... sometimes it’s a bit less clear when communicating with some of the rental companies I relocate for ... but even then I haven’t got any major complaints there either!

Not transfercar per se, but there were inconsistancies with Jucy. When picking up the vehicle in Christchurch, I asked if I was required to pay RUC's, and I was told I didn't. Yet at drop off in Auckland I was charged RUC's. The listing on transfercar also stated that for $20 a day the insurance would provide stress fee (no excess etc.). However, I was charged $40 a day in Christchurch for this insurance. I contested it at drop off, along with the RUC'
