The returning time doesn't seem to be accurate on your website. It usually says it needs to be returned by 6pm even though the rental branches are open till late and can be returned much later.

It wasn’t really your service that was bad, it was the rental car company. Horrible communication, late to do the pick up, car was filthy and just overall bad customer service
