Making an account was a bit unclear, and confirming a transfer request if the pick-up time is within 24 hours should be quicker to become clear to the person who requests

Making it clearer that there are charges, the website suggests that it’s free so not sure what the $14 charge is and that insurance is highly advisable and a charge on top, it’s still a good deal and I’m still more than happy with the service, I just think that maybe a comparison with normal rental services would make things more transparent

I went to get my car at Europcar and I coundnt get it because they didn’t accepted my card as I didn’t have my name on it. I had no idea about it before as the transfercar website accepted my card normally. I got in trouble because of that because all the rentals companies were fully booked, so I wasn’t able to get a car.
