The car provider added excess reduction and didn’t tell me so I thought that I was being charged $2 but $94 instead

The dates, it said that the car was available for something like 11 days, but as it was towards the end of the month, it only allowed us to select until the end of the month (31st of Jan), as the dates didn't populate when clicking on Feb. Thus limiting us to 8 days. If it's available for 11 or XX number of days, I would have preferred to have those days. We had to rush to get from Sydney to Cairns, amid bad weather on top as well. Maybe if I had known I could have spoke to the rental agency about it or something? Just a bit more detail on extra info would have been nice to have available to read. I hope this helps. Thanks
