Maybe more info about the booking process. I was waiting on a last minute relocation and emailed to ask how long the companies have to respond to your booking request, as I couldn't find this info easily on the FAQ section.

It is not really you that gets a 0, sorry, but Eurocar who you put us with and we have a contract with through you and them of FULL TANK of FUEL, and then they sent us a bill for $176.00 for a Prado, which they gave us, and now they say it will be 7 days to research. This feels like robbery, when they have clearly been sent copies of the confirmation of acceptance from you and from them. They have no reason to hold that money, and no legal right to. I have referred a lot of pepole to you. Thanks

Not directly related to Transfercar, but to the rental companies which should give instructions about the car before letting you drive.

There were discrepancies between the transferor website and the budget rental offerings. Budget said we had only 900 free kms when the transferor site promised 1200. Fix these and your rating will improve. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

The insurance included was bid clear and the hire company had no idea about it so I ended up paying extra as they didn’t think insurance was included
