My car got cancelled by the operator the day before i was meant to pick it up and i emailed you about refunding me and no one ever replied or refunded my money given it wasnt me cancelling.

I was totally happy with our experience and would definitely do this again. We were lucky enough to transfer a car that only had 11kms on it. My only thing would be that when I was first booking it I put 9am not realizing that was the time I would have to have it at the destination at the other end by. Knowing this now though I would just book to pick it up later in the day so I can drop it off later. We have already started telling our friends about how good this was.

We were allocated a rental from New Zealand Rent a Car from Christchurch. Prior to picking the car up we sent a pre-pick up registration form which allowed us to opt for insurance options. We opted for full insurance at $25 however on collection we were told that this was only available for paying customers. For customers transferring vehicles the insurance was $65 per day. If we had known prior, we would have cancelled this transfer.
