We only had one duvet and were with two people. Procedure takes a lot of time.

Improve contactability. Very hard to speak to someone once booking made. Phone messages and emails not answered in a timely manner

Allowing for an additional day to get cars from Wellington to Auckland would encourage a greater uptake of the service for business people utilising the service, or the ability to pay for an additional day.
