just more direct communication with the people that work at transfercar, like a helpline because it was difficult to get answers to questions that werent answered on the website.

Very slow response time from the rental car agency (Aerodrive). I had to make multiple requests for the ferry arrangements. Following the rental, my credit card was charged nearly $300 in error.

Normally when booking a rental car you know how many people and bags each type of car will take... thankfully we only had two people because the hatchback only fitted one suitcase in the boot. Also you can usually choose a company that either has either new(ish) cars or older ones... we were a bit disappointed to be given an old car with dents or marks on every panel, but again thankfully we weren't going anywhere flash this time.
