Description stated airport pick-up but had to pay $30+ for a taxi to get to hire company. Would like to know condition of vehicle before booking.

It probably is my fault for not being more attentive.. I thought the insurance was included but only by blocking a certain amount of money on my credit card.. so I decided to pay the 20 dollars a day. So maybe be more explicit on the website. Overall, great experience.

Rent-a-car NZ said that they never received emails from Transfercar, meaning that it took 10 days to get a confirmed booking. Please investigate and ensure that this doesn't happen.
