Our car hire was supposed to be open on Sunday, but we didn't get any response on Sunday and we had to wait until Monday with the response, which got us pretty nervous and almost ended up not using transfercar. Luckily, we got a call on Monday morning and after that everything went perfectly well. Thanks!

Actually, transfer car were find... the car was a bit substandard. Didn't feel particularly safe as engine (transmission) made strange sounds and wheels made strange sound when turning (e.g. backing out of park)

Knowing who the rental company is before accepting the vehicle. Includie all ferry crossings for the cars in the transfer.
