It's SixT really. The car available wasn't as advertised. It was a CUPRA Terramar VZ not a CUPRA Formentor VZ which is what I signed up for! I certainty know not to consider purchasing this car because of all the gimmicks and accessories that ruined the driving experience. The lane keep assist couldn't be disabled - I was forever fighting the steering wheel when I like to keep more to the inside of a bend. Another biggie, I could not find where to put in a location in the navigator no matter how often I tried. It was almost as if it had been disabled. 0/10 here! I thought everything was covered including insurance but they informed me that the excess was $7,000! So I coughed up $130 to bring this down. In the old days I would be paid to take a car back to ChCh and the gas would be thrown in for free.

very good experience overall; however, the lack of detail from the business and the inability to rate our experience is disappointing. For example, one pickup location was listed as Melbourne CBD but was actually an hour outside the city. It was a camper relocation, and I wasn’t told until pickup that I couldn’t sleep in the camper or use any of the equipment. At drop‑off, they also expected the camper to be fully washed. None of these requirements were mentioned in the ad. Another company replaced the windscreen before I arrived. I had to wait 3 hours and eventually cancelled given the extra delay and the extra conditions they added/expected from me.

The free car I transferred cost me $128 and when I complained, you guys said is normal. I would a been in better position if I would a just rent one ! At all the costs are clear , unlike yours , the legally scammed !

In a simple way it’s Win Win deal

Three main reasons - the location to pick up was not accurate so I had to go to 4 different agents to finally find the right one and the vehicle wasn't ready to go. The fuel costs were more than a flight and I wasn't expecting this - not sure if understanding the fuel efficiency or typical costs for fuel to transfer that far could be estimated. Finally I had returned it on time as how I had received it and I'm still awaiting my security bond to be refunded after over a week now. The whole experience has not been great unfortunately
