Good app, but it is hard to make any changes in transfercars once the booking has been made. The rental car companies do not know how to deal with this kind of of bookings

Good day, if you could update the insurance premium in your website according to the plan that the operator is offering, that would save us a lot of time. We had been charged 60/day instead of 45/day for premium cover. Invoice can be provided as proof. Thank you.

Your providers font always disclose all the details till you are picking them up. Knowing who the rental agency is beforehand or even at booking before confirmation would allow us to decline those that have figured out other ways to make a profit whilst looking free. Hertz NZ Airport charged $48 a day insurance, even for no excess that is high. They would not let me pay the ~$3 toll directly, instead charging almost $8. Ive often presented a Credit Card for bond if needed. However. Hertz Airport not only took out the bond. The return process for the bond can take up to 28 days. They kept my funds for 10 days after I returned the car. Its not your service that lets you down, its who you let utilise your business that is the issue.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when I had to call for advice on a potential booking and there was absolutely no service charge for this vehicle. Not like Imoova that charge a $50 booking fee! Absolutely no dramas with this booking. Will definitely do it again!
