Friendly staff who know their job

The people involved, amazing. Great service/ offering. But the admin was quite convoluted: emails from three different companies received - including one from britz, where my vehicle was apollo and the emails were not simple. ( Ie. A link to the relevant address for my trip, instead of seeking out a page with a list of address for the branches, and then no specified confirmation that it's the branch that is the drop off. No where in my emails leading up to the collection did it say what model of van I was collecting, so I couldn't watch the relevant videos until I was at the collection point. And regardless, the app was also extremely glitchy, and would drop out if I tried to access the videos. I'm very happy the transfer exists. It helped me transfer my recently-passed grandma's belongings to my mother in melbourne. But it was quite stressful, even as an Australian, comfortable on the roads - I imagine it more stressful for foreigners.

you do amazing but the return of bonds it too long. Im still waiting to hear about my bond on my first trip n its been 13 days n ive heard nothing. So I have 450 in bonds n cant get home again a bit stink Otherwise its all good
