I asked a very simple question. What happens if I get delayed by floods? Despite asking it repeatedly and in different ways I was unable to get a sensible answer, yet this is a situation (with some form of natural disaster in Australia) which occurs from time to time. You need to invest the effort in coming up with a sensible answer and then train your people to deliver it.
