Sadly, we had to cancel our trip due to our dog being in hospital. We were very grateful that the cancellation came with no charges. We look forward to booking a transfer car as soon as we can travel again.

This is probably more of an Avis thing, but the lady that served at Avis didn't realise the deal that I had was through Transfercar and instead told me it would cost so much per kilometer, etc. Apart from that, everything went great thanks.

Great experience. Further advanced date availability for bookings would help with planning around the transfer. Especially in peak seasons e.g summertime where planning in advance is essential.

Have some sort to f contact details for any issues. Have a field to enter your drivers licence into an application to do a transfer. We arrived in Sydney (airport) only to be denied a confirmed transfer, due to an issue that could not be quickly resolved, and left stranded with no one to contact and no ability to find another transfer quickly. A quote from another company for a hire car for a 2 hr trip to Newcastle was over $800???
