Maybe getting the companies to respond as if it’s a standard booking, as booking flights and accommodation around pickups is always tight for time.

There were a couple of sets of instructions that we didn’t have, like how to use the awning. The instructions on how to operate the bed were different to the process you actually had to follow to open/close the bed as well. We figured it out, but it may be worthwhile showing others how to operate these two when showing them through the vehicle to start. Thank you - we will definitely be doing this again some time in the future!

Was only given 90 minutes notice that my application for a particular relocation was successful. If a car is advertised companies need to respond within 2 hours. Emailed Transfercar twice and no response. Need a direct phone number to check status
