Hi, great service overall from your Team in WEL and AKL. Only hiccup we experienced was confusion with which car we were being given. Vehicle on the agreement wasn't there, then was there, then key couldn't be located. All sorted in the end, happy with car that we ended up with.

No , all very good. Was an issue with the original vehicle lined up for us but easily fixed with replacement that fitted in with both Yesaway and me.
