Hi, your service was good but I still waiting my refund from the company about ma free fuel... I did give all the receipts and the guy told me all will paid in the same day, 4 days after I didn't receive any mail and refund yet .

Our first time using Transfer car and I would highly recommend it and already have to a few friends we've seen over Christmas. Thank you and will definitely be using again when we can.

Give more explicit directions on where to take the car back, e.g. a map that shows the exact location. Otherwise, it was great. I was grateful to get the larger size car so I could transport my bike to Auckland easily. Thanks!

No it was excellent only problem was that when we went to pick up car Apex wanted a Utilities Bill to prove our address because we lived within 200klm from depot. Full understand their reasons but had we not by chance had one on laptop we would have been 90klm round trip to get one. They needed to make it clearer.
