The score is limited by the fact that the rental companies can cancel at short notice, leaving little time to make alterate arrangements.

All went fairly smoothly overall but it was a bit more complicated due to the tank not being full on leaving and trying to get needle to return to the same level (as suggested) was quite tricky at the pump. Also there was some confusion when it came to claim the $50 fuel reimbursement. This was sorted out within about 10mins though but it wasn't immediately clear to the staff at the receiving end that a $50 reimbmt of fuel (upon showing receipt) was included in the transfer.
